Flower children - My very first pair of Birkenstock sandals
was purchased at a heath food store on a corner in Berkeley
California in the mid-1970s. When I would venture east to
visit family, people would stare at my feet, wondering why I
was wearing such strange looking shoes. My answer was: "so
that I can walk properly." Having worn them for 30 years is a
pretty great endorsement for them. I recently ordered a pair
in olive green - green is good for the planet. Peace, love &

Have many styles of Birkenstocks, Love the Arizona's worked
many years as a nurse and wore the white clogs. Saved my feet
and straighten toes that were becoming shoved over due to the
poor fit of regular pointed non user friendly shoes. |
