Dansko Marcelle is the best shoe ever! A few years ago, I
bought a pair of Dansko Marcelle clogs. I had heard that
Dansko's were comfortable and tried the regular professional
clog style on even though it isn't my style, plus it is too
wide for my feet. Then came Marcelle... I have a high arch and
due to 20 years of running outdoors, my feet ache if I don't
wear shoes with good arch support. Not easy to find! Once I
put the Marcelle on, I couldn't take them off! I can walk
miles in them and often do. I started to wear longer skirts
because I don't think they look great with shorter ones - I
altered my wardrobe to wear these shoes! Nothing compares. I
just got the Cordovan Cabrio today and they are great! They
are a deep, rich wine-brown color. I also have a pair of
Marcelle’s in black. I get lots of compliments on them. I do
think they are a bit chunky, yet much cuter than the regular
clogs - I don't know what I'll do if Dansko ever stops making
them because no matter how hard I search, I can't find
anything I like as much as these. They are a touch wide for me
(I have a narrow foot) and I wear them with socks. If you have
that problem, just tighten the strap. Each pair is different,
try a few pairs on. I usually wear a size 7 and take a 38 in
these. Sometimes I've had Zappos send a few pairs until I get
one that fits just right. The ones I received today are just
perfect! Buy these shoes! You will love them! Very cute kind
of Dutch turned-up toe. |
