Marcelle, Dansko - I just received these a couple of days ago
and have been wearing non-stop. They are very comfortable with
no wear in time. They are especially made for those who have a
high instep and a wider foot, otherwise may gap a bit on the
sides. I love them; the patent leather is so fun and goes with
lots of things. Zappos is a fantastic company to order from. I
found a lower price and they matched it as well as quick
delivery. Excellent service!
Dansko Marcelle - I like the look of this shoe very much; even
though I love my professional clogs, the Marcelle is a bit
more flattering to the leg, especially when worn with capris
or skirts. They're not as comfy as the regular clog - they
have a slightly looser fit due to the styling - but I haven't
experienced any trouble walking in them, and they don't feel
as if they are too loose. I wear a 39 in all my other Dansko’s,
and the 39 in the Marcelle is perfect as well; a 38 would be
too small. I ordered the brown latigo - I'm tempted to give
the black patent a try! Great shoe - I have this shoe in black
and love it. It is very professional looking. I work in a
hospital and am on my feet all day and this shoe is very very
comfortable. I am exchanging this shoe I bought for another
one in the same size because one edge in the plastic heel
support sticks out more in one shoe and is uncomfortable. I
think this is a slight flaw in this particular shoe only, and
a replacement shoe should be fine. I have no problems with my
black pair.
